BOARDING PRICING
For guests UNDER 25 lbs, this suite cannot share rooms
For guests over 25lbs or looking to share rooms, two small or medium guests can share for an extra $10 per night for the second guest (must pass evaluation together)
Our Open air suite for non-crate trained guests or families looking to share, can be shared by up to 4 small dogs under 25lbs, (2nd dog free, 3rd and 4th dogs are an extra $10 per night) or 2 large dogs at no extra charge

Zen Canine Club: Premier Boarding Policy & Behavioral Safety Protocol
Effective Immediately
Zen Canine Club is proud to uphold the highest standards in canine wellness and safety. Modeled after the top pet care facilities in the U.S., our upgraded boarding policy ensures your dog receives exceptional care in a secure, stress-conscious environment.
MANDATORY BEHAVIOR EVALUATION
All dogs must complete a comprehensive behavior evaluation before boarding. This includes:
- Playgroup observation
- Temperament testing
- Kennel entry and removal handling assessment
Dogs must demonstrate that they can be safely managed by staff and show no signs of kennel aggression.
WAIVER REQUIRED IF NO EVALUATION
If a pre-boarding evaluation cannot be completed, clients must sign a Behavioral Handling Waiver, affirming that:
- Their dog can be safely removed from a kennel
- Their dog does not pose a known risk of aggression
- Their dog does not endanger staff or other animals
False or misleading information on this waiver may result in immediate dismissal and permanent removal from services.
HANDLING RESTRICTIONS & FLAGGED DOGS
Dogs flagged for behavioral concerns may be subject to:
- Mandatory booking in Premium Suites for independent entry/exit
- Restrictions from playgroups
- Specialized enrichment sessions in place of group activities
- Required calming supplement protocols (with consent)
Flagged dogs will be reviewed and approved by management only.
SAFETY & INCIDENT PROTOCOL
If a dog demonstrates behavior that compromises staff safety or facility operations, Zen Canine Club will:
- Immediately notify the owner with a documented report (written or video)
- Require pickup within 2 hours of contact
- Assess return eligibility only after a professional behavioral reassessment
- Charge a $50 Emergency Handling Fee if applicable
DOCUMENTATION & TRANSPARENCY
All behavioral incidents are documented using:
- Internal CCTV and/or handler video
- Written incident reports
- Permanent behavior flags on client profiles
- Video and written records may be shared with owners to support transparency.
RETALIATION & REVIEW POLICY
Zen Canine Club enforces a zero-tolerance policy for false or retaliatory reviews.
If a one-star or misleading review is posted in response to a documented behavioral safety incident:
- The client will be permanently banned from all Zen Canine Club services
- Legal action may be pursued if defamation is involved
EMERGENCY CONTACT REQUIREMENT
All clients must provide at least one authorized emergency contact who can pick up their dog within 2 hours of notification in the event of an incident.
