Monday – Friday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday: Closed to the public for specialized playtime with hotel guests & deep cleaning.
Eligibility Policies for the Facility
To ensure the safety, health, and harmony of all our guests, the following requirements apply:
- All dogs must be at least 6 months old and vaccinated.
- All dogs must be up to date on the following vaccines:
- Rabies
- Bordetella
- Distemper/Parvo (DHPP or DAPP)
- Leptospirosis is strongly recommended but not required.
- Proof of vaccinations must be submitted prior to your pet’s first visit.
- Dogs exhibiting signs of illness (such as vomiting, coughing, or diarrhea) may be refused entry for safety reasons.
- Flea prevention is required. If fleas are found, a flea bath will be administered at the owner’s expense, and infestation charges will be added if contact was made with other dogs.
Temperament & Behavior
- All new guests must complete a temperament test.
- Dogs must be non-aggressive toward other dogs and humans.
- Any dog that exhibits aggressive or disruptive behavior may be removed from group play and switched to a private care rotation.
- Dogs that are not well-socialized, fearful, or reactive may still attend via the private play program (an additional 10% of the full invoice).
Spay / Neuter Policy
- Males over 9 months who are not neutered must be in private play care (+10% of full invoice).
- Females in heat may be accepted only if space allows and will remain in private rotations (+10% of full invoice).
- Pregnant dogs and whelping puppies cannot be accommodated under any circumstances.
Check-In Requirements
All dogs must arrive with:
- Labeled food (pre-portioned if possible).
- Medication in original packaging with instructions.
- Emergency contact information.
Other Fees
- Late pickup (after 6:00 pm Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm Saturday): $15 per 30 minutes.
- No-show / late cancellation (less than 24 hours): 50% of the booking rate.
